Eric Egolf, a Philadelphia native, has been in the Mortgage industry for almost 30 years. A graduate from Temple University Philadelphia, (go Owl's) with a major in Finance, B.S & a minor in Marketing, provided the foundation for a solid career in the mortgage industry. This path has led him to work from some of largest financial companies such as J.P Morgan Chase, GMAC/Greentree Financial, Evolve Bank & Trust and most recently Ditech Financial LLC.
Eric's experienced in all aspects of both residential & commercial mortgage banking. On the residential side, he's experienced with mortgage products such as Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac conforming, Alt A, Government FHA, 401k, VA & USDA, Jumbo, Reverse, Subprime & Hard money. On the commercial side, he's experienced with mortgage products such as Purchase loans, Bridge loans, Hard money, Joint Venture & Participating Mortgages.
With the belief of providing his customers with exceptional service throughout the loan process has made him a leader in the mortgage industry. With a list of many awards throughout his career and most recently becoming recipient of Philadelphia's Five Star Mortgage award for the year 2015.
After many years of battling the cold weather in Pennsylvania, Eric decided to relocate his family to a warmer climate. After taking his family on vacation last summer to TPC Sawgrass, they fell in love with the people and climate the Jacksonville area had to offer. Once returning to home, he immediately started making arrangements to relocate his family and career to sunny Florida. This endeavor took about a year but this past July, he was able to realize his dream. Eric purchased a home in the Coastal Oaks community of Nocatee, where he resides there with his beautiful wife of 13 years, Betty Ann, and their two boys, Brandon, age 10 and Tyler, age 9.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys a good round of golf or spending time on the beach with his family. He's also a member of the Porsche Club of America, where he participates in auto rallies as well as track racing his 911 Porsche.
