Michael DiClemente has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Watson Mortgage Corp. since 2021. Prior to that, Mr. DiClemente had over 15 years of mortgage experience, with a focus on mortgage origination, operations, and technology. He has expertise in all aspects of the front-end mortgage origination process and possesses exceptional knowledge of both business and technical requirements needed to support mortgage sales and operations. Prior to joining Watson Mortgage Corp. in 2017, he held leadership roles at EverBank and Bank of America. He received a B.S. in Organization Leadership from The Pennsylvania State University and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University.
